You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied, will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Deposits made during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours. zk899 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your financial institution may apply its own transfer charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent verified deposit, and the registered account name must match the Player's verified KYC name exactly. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players during business hours (WIB) are ordinarily processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. zk899 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
All transactions on zk899 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). zk899 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the Player's financial institution.
Funds deposited into your zk899 account are held separately from company operational funds. Your balance is accessible and withdrawable subject to completed KYC verification and these Terms.
zk899 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.
The Welcome Bonus is a 100% match bonus up to Rp 20.000.000 on a Player's first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 50.000. The Welcome Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount and must be utilised within 30 days of activation. All bets are subject to acceptance by zk899. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your account balance. zk899 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
In the event of a technical fault, manifest error (palpable error), or system malfunction that results in an incorrectly priced or settled bet, zk899 reserves the right to void and reverse any affected transactions. Players who knowingly exploit a manifest error will have the relevant transactions voided and may be subject to account suspension.
Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet and per event are displayed within the relevant market. These limits may vary by game type, market, and Player tier. zk899 may adjust individual account stake limits based on betting patterns or risk assessment at its discretion.
Violations of the prohibited conduct rules below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
